3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use our services.

4. Account Registration

  • You must provide accurate and complete information during account creation.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • We are not responsible for unauthorized access due to negligence.

5. Prohibited Activities

You must not use our services for:

  • Illegal activities such as hacking, fraud, or hosting prohibited content.
  • Malware, viruses, botnets, or any harmful software.
  • Resource abuse affecting our infrastructure.
  • Bypassing security measures or exploiting our systems.

6. Resource Usage & Fair Use Policy

To maintain service quality, we enforce fair use policies:

  • Disk Space & Bandwidth: Excessive resource usage that affects other users will lead to limitations or suspension.
  • CPU & Memory: If your server consumes excessive CPU/memory, we may throttle or suspend it.
  • Automated Bots & Scripts: Bots or scripts that degrade system performance are not allowed.

Failure to comply may result in warnings, service suspension, or termination.

7. Uptime & Service Availability

  • We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime, but downtime may occur due to maintenance or unforeseen circumstances.
  • We are not liable for any damages or losses due to service downtime.
  • Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance.

8. Payments, Refunds & Cancellations

  • Payments must be made via PayPal, UPI, credit/debit cards, or other accepted methods.
  • Refunds: Available only within 3 days of purchase, unless otherwise stated.
  • Chargebacks & Payment Disputes: If you file a chargeback without contacting us first, your account may be suspended or terminated.

9. Termination & Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if:

  • You violate these terms or abuse our services.
  • We receive legal requests or complaints about your activities.
  • You fail to pay for services within the due date.

In some cases, we may provide a 24-hour warning before taking action.

10. Limitation of Liability

Astrast Host is not responsible for:

  • Data loss, hacking, or server failures.
  • Financial losses due to service unavailability.

11. Amendments

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Significant changes will be communicated to users.
